Intro to PoleA must for all first time and beginners! You will learn the basic holds & spins...you wont believe you are up on the pole!
Pole 1
The Pole 1 workout teaches the basic moves of pole dancing. You will learn to breath properly, increase your range of motion all while toning and stretching muscles you never knew you had! You will learn pole spins, pole and floor dance moves, pole and floor transitions, and complete a routine. Pole dancing is a lot more strenuous than it looks. Your body will start to transform as your inner Vixen comes alive.
Pole 2
All right! Feeling stronger and more confident in your newfound abilities? Want more spins, more routines, more glam? In Pole 2 your will learn more tricks including pole climbs, intermediate spins, and basic inverts. You will strengthen and polish tricks and spins learned in Pole 1 and learn new structured dance routines to some of the hottest, sexiest, music around. You can expect increased muscle definition and toning all over especially in the arms, thighs, and abs.
Chairlicious Cardio
Class incorporates dancing around a chair while using the chair for support and resistance against your own body weight. You will learn lap dancing moves & sexy routines. A fun hard core workout that you can bring home with you!
Cardio Funk
A hot and sweaty dance party with a un fusion of Hip Hop & Pop dance and cardio exercise! This non-stop, 60 minute workout will melt away fat while boosting your dance skills like never before.
Fab-Abs and Bodacious Butts
The 30 minute booty-luscious class provides an intensive workout that specifically targets shaping your butt and core. What woman doesn't want sculpted abs a tiny waist and a rock hard tush!?
Bellydance
Also referred to as Middle Eastern or Oriental dance, Bellydance is a gentle workout that both tones the muscles and builds confidence. This class will focus on a variety of belly dancing techniques through exploring the isolations of the abdomen, torso, arms, and legs. You will learn the basic movements of Bellydance through fun choreography while building muscle memory and control.
Yoga
Lengthen, strengthen, breathe, and balance through various Sensual Yoga postures and movements. You'll practice a variety of Yoga positions designed to help your muscles stretch and your mind relax. Come as you are, no matter your fitness or flexibility and increase your feminine power while building core body strength.
Sexy Cardio
Grab your stilettos or platform boots and prance like the Pussycat Dolls in this super sexy/cute dance inspired exercise class. In this hot calorie blasting half hour you will work our your inhibitions while crafing the body of a sexy Diva!

Stretch your muscles as you gain flexibility in all the right places! This class is designed for those who want to develop flexibility as quickly as possible. Increase your range of motion and strengthen the structures that give you the control and stability you need for Pole Dancing, Chairlicious, and anything you can think of! This is the perfect way to cool down after a hot workout.
